The terms below cover this website. Work we do for a client is covered by that project's own contract, not by this page.

What this site is
rapture.sh describes a software studio and the work it does. It is information, not an offer, and nothing on it forms a contract. A piece of work becomes a contract when both sides have agreed it in writing.
Using it
Read it, link to it, quote it with attribution. Do not try to break it, overload it, or use it to reach anything it does not openly offer.
What belongs to whom
The words, the code, the design and the Rapture name and mark are ours. The brand page sets out what you may do with the mark, and that permission is limited to what it describes.
Project names and marks belonging to other companies are theirs, and appear here only to say who we worked with.

Where we link to another site, including kywi.ch, that site has its own terms and its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for what is on it.
No warranty, and the limit of our liability
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be reachable or always be current, and we are not liable for loss arising from using it, except where Swiss law does not permit us to exclude that liability.
Law and venue
Swiss law applies. The courts of the Canton of Zürich have jurisdiction, so far as the law allows the venue to be agreed.
